So it has been a while since our last post to say the least, but I thought this would be a great way to keep up with the kids and all that they are getting into these days! I will try to update a few times each week!
Over the next 30 days, I will post my daily paleo diet regime and my daily Cross Fit exercises. By the end of 30 days, I WILL be down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120 pounds!
